LITTLE Bunny with LOTS of personality

I have been told before that anytime you want to know how I feel, just look at my eyes and facial expression. Let's be honest, I'm not very good at hiding how I feel with my face. Lucky for you, not so lucky for me at times. I'm thinking Adelyn takes after her mommy on the facial expressions...

The chin strap had to go.

What is on my head?

Eh...I just don't know about this...

Okay it's not so bad and it's doable!

Now back to drink in one hand and food in the other. Look at that grip on the drink! What a sippy champ!

Too cute for her own good! :)
Ps...thanks for bearing with me on super fast catch up posts! They will keep coming fast so be on the lookout! Lots to catch up on... ;)

Thanksgiving 2012-Adelyn's 1st!

This year we spent Thanksgiving with Josh's mom and step-dad in Sunnyvale, TX and enjoyed the nice break away from our house and with more family. We spent the night and were so glad we did. :)

It was also pretty special since this year was Adelyn's 1st Thanksgiving.  We're pretty confident she enjoyed it just as much. :)

Silly face!

Sister love with Turkey bows!

So much fun making a leaf pile!

I think making a leaf pile make it official fall weather ;)

Taking a walk to PawPaw's pond

Even Avery enjoyed it :)

What a day!

What better place to nap than next to Gramps

8 month Adelyn!

Adelyn turned 8 months on the 10th of October and she is just more precious than before. Such.a.delight.

(I couldn't decide which 8 month picture to post so feel free to pick one you like) :)

Her "I'm done" snapshot. ;)

That's right friends, she's getting ready to go!
Sister love! Thanks Grama for the matching jammies. :)

Loving her Bubba!
The best of friends!
Adelyn is growing so fast I'm hardly keeping up in her closet. I won't even go there with how out of control that place is but let's just say I'm having to switch over clothes faster than expected. In fact, she's wearing 12 month clothes! The clothes that Abigail wore just LAST year! (My mind is taking me back to last year with Abigail wearing them, and I just couldn't believe how quickly time has gone and how much she's grown...weepy mama alert). Although they were born in complete opposite seasons I'm thankful to have a little for her and hoping they still fit in the spring. ;) As you can see she's gearing up for crawling and rocking back and forth. She's still eating her fruits and veggies (loving it). She's also known to be a "Mommy's girl" so there are times when she sees me and someone else has her she is not comfortable with. But we're working on it. ;) She loves playing peek-a-boo. There are no teeth yet but we think some are trying to come soon. Sitting on the floor playing with toys and getting the attention of her big siblings are couple of her favorite things now. We just love her more each day!

Zoo Day!

There are SO many benefits to homeschooling and I won't lie. I love it! Yes, there are difficult times/days but let me just tell you there is nothing sweeter than seeing your littles learn from each other, communicate better, and have a passion for learning. I love being able to see every step he is taking and as long as he loves being around his family (wink wink) why quit? ;) Another benefit is being able to take advantage of special homeschool days at different places, such as the zoo last week. We got in super cheap and were able to see how many more families are schooled at home and learn new things about animals. Thank you Nana for joining our adventure! :)

This kid loves maps!

Getting ready for the show. :)

The baby Rhino!! :)

A picture by the crane in honor of Kung Fu Panda Crane. ;)

Thank you Nana!!

The baby chimpanzee. Hard to see her but she was definitely amusing to watch!
Thanks to Nana's spray bottles, when we got home we had a little fun spraying each other. ;)

School rocks! :)
