Ice Day Part 2 (Sunday fun)

We were going on our 4th day of ice yesterday but since Aidan was a lot better we let him adventure out some more on Sunday. ("No running" was the rule. ;) So as the sun came out that afternoon and melting some of the ice (into soft snowy mixture) the kids had fun in the front yard discovering, building a snowman, and attempting snow balls.

And since the roads were somewhat better, I decided to grab some extra groceries during nap time and then we took the kids out for pizza. Let me just say when you're indoors for three days, getting out definitely breaks the "cabin fever."

So as we go on with day four we are snug in our home again (since it refroze overnight) and will be going on with our Monday school day and enjoying Josh being home. :)
