Legoland!

This past Saturday (the day before Aidan's birthday) we decided to take him to LegoLand. It's been planned for a while so off we went. And what better time than for his birthday!? Since he's getting older, we're doing less with the "themed party thing" (meaning a theme full of helium balloons, matching napkins and plates, gift bags for visitors, etc) and we like it that way. :) I said I wasn't going to the big "party" thing with the girls anymore but that's just a no-go. I love it and so do they so why not when they let me at their young age. ;) Anyway, so with our "big" guy and the girls we loaded up to celebrate somewhere special. :)

Grapevine, TX

In awe, waiting in line...

Reading a lego magazine while in line

Getting his first stamp for his packet. At each lego "station" there is a stamp to collect (8 total) for a prize (a button).

She wasn't too sure of the Lego boy

In the factory learning about lego making

The cone and truck were all Legos!

The Duplo station was SO fun for Abigail.  Aidan was too big and Adelyn was too small so little Miss A got it all to herself. It worked out great since Aidan and Josh went to see a 4D short lego movie and Adelyn sat with me eating snacks. :)

This was Aidan's size play house. The girls were too small so he had a blast in the Fire Academy.

The Princess Palace!

Inside the palace singing karaoke

Aidan got to ride and drive the car in the Lego city!

This was the Lego City...WAY fun to see the DFW city made entirely of Legos!!

Waiting in line for the Harry Potter ride

It took us about 2 1/2 hours to complete Lego land and was definitely worth it. It was fun family time and memories to keep. :) Aidan and Abigail did great and so did Adelyn! She loved her time in the stroller and being loved on. :)

On our way out...the fun jumping screen

I'd say she had fun! ;)
