As I've been closing our school year with Aidan these few weeks, you can imagine how things have been quite the adventure. ;) (Plus uploading pictures take time). Last weekend, we enjoyed Easter with Josh's family in Sunnyvale at their church's annual Easter egg hunt and lunch. We then decided to relax a little at their house which turned into some unexpected fun for all. :)
We like to do the Easter basket thing on Saturday instead of Sunday because Josh and I have decided to really make sure Resurrection Sunday is about Jesus with no distraction. That's when we do our big lunch with family and make our resurrection rolls and open the last of our resurrection eggs (that we do two weeks leading up to it) after church. And you'll have to wait until next time to see those pictures. ;) So Saturday...
We started off with baskets waiting for them at breakfast. :)

This year the baskets had books, colors (Color wonder markers were a HUGE hit this year!), a new toothbrush that spins (they LOVE it!), and chocolate bunny.
We also hide a few eggs around the living room, including the 3 shiny eggs for each kid filled with coins. ;)

| Checking out their eggs they hunted and enjoyed a little sweets. ;) |

| Color Wonder is amazing and we love it! ;) |
Adelyn slept late that morning so she was a tad behind on browsing through basket goodies but hey! it was ALL hers. ;) (Avery might have been a tad jealous ;)

Then off to see Grama and Gramps :)

We then got to play at Gramps and Grama's house and after a while, I'm not sure how it happened, but it turned into slowly creeping up and playing in the mud puddle. ;)

And that my friends and family just shows how fun Gramps and Grama house is! :)
