The morning of Christmas (before unwrapping gifts and breakfast) Josh wanted to read a shortened version of the Christmas story. He read a couple of verses that summed up the story before we unwrapped the three (wise men) gifts we give. If you don't remember we give the Gold gift: something they REALLY want. Frankincense: something that helps in their spiritual walk. Myrrh: Something for their body.
It was also Adelyn's first Christmas with us so we had lots of fun introducing her to the fun of unwrapping paper!
