Rain Rain & Puddles

Remember March 8th when we had so much rain it made puddles in our backyard!? I'm fairly certain we will remember it for days to come. Thanks to big brother.  I had a grand plan with Adelyn, while Amelia and Abigail were napping and Aidan was at guitar practice. I was going to let Adelyn have puddle jumping fun!! After about a few moments of hesitation and me encouraging some HUGE jumps, she finally just gave it her all! 

 

Then big sister woke from her nap...

 

 

 

THEN Big Brother comes home from guitar....

and takes it TOO far.  Oh, poor Abigail. Sister, I feel your pain in this picture. Sometimes boys just give it their best shot and when they do they give it their ALL. It took every cell not to laugh, although you may have wondered why I had a awkward face from holding my giggles but one day when you look back at this you will understand why me and Nana laughed to tears that day in the back room on the phone. Even in a grumpy muddy face, you're beautiful! I'm so glad you were back to puddle jumping in no time (after explaining Aidan's uncontainable joyful spirit in mud jumping).

TOTALLY worth it!!
