Thankful

November is a time of being thankful. Well every month and every day is a moment to be thankful. I love getting to set my decorations out for November. The warm colors and reminders of our country's history is just a welcoming time of giving thanks. This year I added our banner and it was perfect. 

 I'm so thankful for this girl. She is just a burst of sunshine everywhere she goes.

And this cutie. Look at those cheeks and sweet skin. 

 This was before she was pulling herself up and a time to be thankful she couldn't quite reach those things. ha!

 The Cinderella carriage has become a favorite toy since she can open and close the top. Add music and she was having a grand 'ol time.

Last month we got to visit the Compassion Experience in Frisco. It's such a neat experience as you walk through the story of a child's life in a different country. We chose to go through the Guatamala tour. The kids got to listen to the story of a little boy growing up in a family without money and having to work when he was five. The story of how he came to know Jesus. It was so perfect as we studied Mexico in geography.
