Pumpkin Carving

This year the kids and Josh chose to carve pumpkins vs our normal "Potato Heads" that we set out. I guess they were ready for "big kid" pumpkins. ;) So here they are enjoying the view...

 It's neat to see the reactions each year when they experience something as little as carving a pumpkin...

While the big kids somewhat touched the "goo," Adelyn had absolutely NO part in wanting to reach in and grab the seeds. :)

 And apparently, carving a pumpkin causes extreme combover and crazy hair! ;)

And sadly, it got so busy I didn't even get a picture of the finished pumpkins. Sorry Josh! And trust me, by the time I did have time they were already done with their function and molding into dis-formed Lego heads (one mummy and one princess head).
