Happy New Year!

What did the Jones family do for New Year you ask? :) 

A HUGE thank you to my parents, Josh and I went to see a movie! The first movie sincethe Avengers (for his birthday) years ago (when they came to watch the kids for us!). I know, we need to get out more right? ;) As much as we like the movies, we do enjoy our time at home too. :) Since we had the choice we chose, Saving Mr. Banks and it was such a good movie. We enjoyed it, the buttery popcorn, and soda drink. I'm tellin' ya we don't take dates for granted! ;)

Of course, Josh had to take a picture before this movie came out. Can you spot him? ;)

On New Years Eve we drove to my parents house to stay the night (see the movie that day) and enjoy their company since Christmas seemed rushed and we sure needed it. :) We enjoyed our visit very much and as you can see it just got so silly as we were excited to ring in 2014! I'm fairly certain Aidan's favorite part was playing slap jack with Papa!

 Lots of snacks and food were on the list for sure!!

 We even got to visit my grandmother (my dad's mom) "Grandma Cupp" which was a nice visit as she enjoyed seeing her great-grandkids. :)

Then I realized I didn't take any pictures of New Years with my aunt and cousin (with his family) coming over but I did get a couple online from Laura. :) We were glad to meet their little boy Grant and look forward to meeting their new baby girl on the way this year.
