Yard work (and some car wash work)

Not THIS last weekend but the weekend before we had a great weekend together and moments of family time are just treasured. I know one day these weekends will be taken with activities for kids, traveling, or anything else we are beckoned to so these weekends are my favorite family days! 

During school, Aidan had worked on his homemade bird feeder for  part of his devotion activity (word was empathy) that went along with the story of a bird who was hurt and got better. Since it had been raining at the time we had to wait to hang it outside but...

That weekend, we finally did! 

 We also met our newest friend in our garden. Aidan named him "Toad" ;)

 We then took a family trip to Josh's car wash that he owns with a friend and Aidan proudly helped alongside his daddy. :)

 While the girls sat in the car being silly. ;)

Aidan jumps on any chance to go up to the car wash with Josh and I'm so thankful for that time they have together. Memories in the making. :)
