Garden 2013

As you may have recalled from a previous post, I had posted a few pictures that looked like this...(using our old fence that blew down)

Well, that's been Josh and Aidan working on our new garden this year! Or...playing...

Josh even used some of the old fence to build Aidan and Abigail balance beams! :) (they love it!)

I'm giving full credit to Josh (like always) because this seems to be his "expertise" (from his Dad) and he loves sharing the love with the kids. :) Don't get me wrong, I love it as well, but it's Josh's "go get it" attitude that gets the ball moving. Which is so important for fun and school time! ;) With Josh's garden journal in hand, seeds, knowledge on building the perfect size, knowing what dirt (excuse me...fertilizer and soil) to use, and when to plant certain plants it was go time! :) 

Ta dah!!! 

I even got my flower garden this year (well Butterfly and Hummingbird garden)!

School is SO much fun around this house!!

Even this little one enjoyed soaking in some fresh air and sun. ;)

Isn't it pretty!? :)

This year we are looking forward to lettuce, tomato, onions, carrots, bell pepper, herbs, and peas! :) And our new adventure...black berries!
