On cold days we...

Make tambourines (with noodles) during our bible story time! Then we dance around silly.

Or we gather fun toys, wrap them for each other and then unwrap them within 5 minutes. Okay so call me crazy but little kids are SO much fun! I'm not sure if they honestly thought the gift would change after it was wrapped but lets just say they are a bit more excited for the gifts under the tree by the time we were done. ;)
Although some of these are blurry, you HAVE to look at their faces! (especially sweet Aidan)
waiting for me to say go!

Precious Aidan SO SO excited!

Abigail's face of realizing this is NOT what I thought..."it's a baby I just wrapped!"

Aidan's face of "NO! It's a baby doll!" (that I didn't want!)
Just so you know, this was not me being cruel. :)  These children wanted to wrap and unwrap and although Aidan was WAY more excited (because those of you who know this kid, know how excited he can get!) and Abigail...not so much after realizing it was a baby she already owned, it was still fun to unwrap and then throw paper at each other afterwards. ;)

Now that Christmas is approaching, we started more crafts and I'm excited (as the kids) because with each craft I have a bible verse we read that explains why we have these symbols around our house and what they stand for (Christmas tree, lights and star, candy cane, bells, holly and berry, and gift).

First off..the Evergreen Tree (Titus 1:2-Eternal Life)

We hope you're enjoying your December! :)

Can you believe Adelyn is 10 months old already!?
