On October 28, 2012 we set up Abigail's big bed in her room! We are so thankful for Josh's parents for giving us the bed. They found it in storage and my mom (Nana) and I painted it to match her furniture. Then we had Grama, Josh and myself set it up on Sunday afternoon. She LOVES it! Doesn't she look so tiny!?

The update on her adjustment: She didn't know what to expect Sunday night. Josh and I assumed it wouldn't work until she had an official nap in it with light in her room so needless to say after 30 minutes of just laying there and singing I went in there and she wanted back in her crib. So we had the crib right next to her bed in case that happened. She went right to sleep. Sidenote: She has always been a wonderful sleeper! (all kids have really) So when she didn't that night, we knew to move her. However, the next day she chose to nap in the big bed AND go to bed in it. Two days later we officially took the crib out and switched it to Adelyn's room (so she has white furniture as well). Abigail's been a PRO at it! It's been a week and she has not gotten up at all. She just waits for us to come get her. Love it!
